Marketplaces, operations portals, field apps and the systems behind them — designed and built for Malaysian businesses. The stories tell how; the gallery shows every screen.

Rumah Ready App
The purchaser and staff mobile app of the Rumah Ready property-handover platform — an Expo app backed by a Node API and a developer admin portal. Purchasers sign in to their unit, review and sign handover documents, book handover appointments with a check-in code, capture defects with the camera (drafts are saved offline first and sync without duplicates), review before-and-after rectification, and browse 2D/3D floor plans and the fixed asset register. Staff unlock a separate inspection mode by permission.

Rumah Ready Admin Portal
The developer administration portal of the Rumah Ready platform — the operator side of the purchaser app. Teams work a live picture of what is waiting on someone today: projects, phases and units with handover state, a handover schedule with appointments and check-in codes, and a defect board that reads as a table, a kanban of the tenant’s own workflow statuses, or an SLA view of the same records. Defect detail carries the full attributed history with before-and-after photos, and only offers the actions the server says that user may take. Alongside it sit contractor performance computed from real defect history, a searchable fixed-asset register, and an append-only audit log.
